Beach Yoga – Missy

Yoga class will increase overall body strength, muscle endurance, concentration and a stronger core. The class will be taught in a flow style in which each new posture will connect to another posture flowing rhythmically. Each series will focus on a new set of postures. This class is excellent for the beginner as well as the advanced in that the instructor will demonstrate more advanced postures upon request of the individual needs.
