The Collier County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) accepted applications to fill four (4) Pelican Bay Services Division (PBSD) Advisory Board residential vacancies and one (1) commercial vacancy. Five (5) individuals indicated a desire to serve to represent residential interests and two (2) individuals indicated a desire to serve to represent commercial interests. As there are more candidates than available seats, Pelican Bay residents will vote by Ballot to elect the new PBSD Board members.

PROCESS AND IMPORTANT DATES

The election is administered by Clerk of Courts, Crystal K. Kinzel. On or before February 3, 2021 the Clerk mailed Ballots listing the seven (7) PBSD Board candidates to Pelican Bay property owners of record. Eligible voters are those property owners whose names appear on the property owners list (one ballot per address) as of the end of December 2020, as provided by the Property Appraiser to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
