The Commons office manages membership cards, guest cards, Foundation administrative functions and more. Also at this location: the South Tennis Center and Tram Station 4, which offers access to the beach, the South Beach Boutique & Ice Cream Shop, Sandbar Restaurant and the Sunset Café.


Community Center

The 25,000-square-foot Community Center is the social, cultural and educational hub of Pelican Bay, hosting a number of organizations, board and committee meetings, classes and activities as well as the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio.


Marker 36 Parking Lot
6801 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Naples, FL 34108

This parking lot offers access to Pelican Bay’s most elegant Gulf-front dining experience. It is also available for members who wish to access the tram system from Tram Station 5, berm, boardwalk and North Beach and shuttle to Commons.


North Parking Lot
7779 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Naples, FL 34108

The North Parking Lot, located near the Montenero and across the street from Coco Bay, is home to Tram Station 8, which offers access to the beach and Marker 36 restaurant.
