The Pelican Bay Foundation is the master homeowners association for the community. Its vision statement is:
“Preserve and enhance Pelican Bay as Florida’s premier, mixed-use, beachfront community. It is the Foundation’s responsibility to promote the enjoyment, health, safety and general welfare of its property owners, residents, guests and employees through cooperative governance of the community and cooperative management of its common elements, and enhance property values throughout the Community.”
Pelican Bay Foundation’s mission statement is:
“To contribute to the realization of the Pelican Bay Vision by professionally, ethically, and successfully managing the common facilities, amenities, programs, and services provided to its members.”
The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and the Gulf-front restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land. The Foundation also provides services and amenities including the tram transportation system, beach amenities, covenant enforcement, safety and security, communications, member services and administrative functions.
All property owners within Pelican Bay are members of the Foundation, and the seven-member Board of Directors is elected by community-wide vote. For more information, click here.
