The Pelican Bay Foundation is the master homeowners association for the community.

Its VISION statement is:

“We envision over the next decade we will be the vibrant community for all ages by focusing on essential health and wellness, our natural and built environment, and member-centered technology.”

Pelican Bay Foundation’s MISSION statement is:

“To maintain and enhance our community by delivering services, amenities and facilities in an effective and efficient manner. Our focus is on continued achievement of member satisfaction, sustaining and enhancing property values and rigorous attention to a solid financial foundation.”


“To preserve, protect and enhance our unique community which has the best of a natural preserve, dining, the arts, retail and hospitality, and amenities focused around vitality.”

The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and the Gulf-front restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land. The Foundation also provides services and amenities including the tram transportation system, beach amenities, covenant enforcement, safety and security, communications, member services and administrative functions.

All property owners within Pelican Bay are members of the Foundation, and the seven-member Board of Directors is elected by community-wide vote. For more information, click here.
