One of the most active tennis communities in southwest Florida, Pelican Bay members and guests enjoy top-notch facilities, first-rate instruction, regular round-robin mixers and exciting special events. The tennis program is one of the community’s proudest traditions – and most popular social attractions, where members come to play or simply cheer on friends. It’s easy to get involved: Stop by at one of our pro shops to put your name on the available players list; join a League; or participate in a round-robin or other special event.
Pelican Bay is home to two outstanding tennis facilities: the South Tennis Center, which is located at The Commons and features ten non-lit courts, and the North Tennis Center, which is located at the Community Center and has eight lighted courts. All courts are Har-tru, and proper footwear is required in order to keep them in excellent condition. Each tennis center also has a pro shop, fully stocked with gear and accessories.
Special events are hosted throughout the year, including:
North Tennis Center
South Tennis Center
