I specialize in strength, movement and balance. I have 11 years experience training at Pelican Bay.
I want to bring out a person’s strengths and improve on their weaknesses. I want clients to realize and accomplish improvement in all areas of fitness by guiding them through specialized exercises focusing on “perfect form” and proper use of muscles. I want all of my clients to walk out of the gym feeling better than when they walked in!
