I have been working in the fitness industry for over thirty years. My experience began in club membership sales. As my love for the industry grew, so did my desire to teach others about living a healthy lifestyle. Early in my career, I became a certified Group Fitness instructor and taught group classes for 8 years. I soon found that my strength and desire was for working one-on-one with clients, and I have been personal training since 2003.
Approach/Philosophy
I strive to make each training session we have together all about you! Employing good listening skills, I work hard to assess the fitness needs and desires of my clients and create an individualized, comprehensive fitness plan that will help them meet their goals. My goal is to encourage my clients and help them feel strong and confident in their ability to stay active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
