I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1996, and a Balanced Body Pilates Reformer instructor since 2013 and have worked with people of all ages. I have been a Personal Trainer at Pelican Bay since 2006.
I provide fitness consultations and design one-on-one individual exercise programs that are specific to your personal needs and goals. I believe that a customized personal training program offers the best opportunity to achieve your fitness and exercise goals.

Kimba is patient, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to creating effective and dynamic workout plans. Having worked with people of all different ages, backgrounds, abilities and goals she has a knack for meeting each person where they are at and helping them get the most out of their time working out. Kimba has a track record of success with guiding people to improve their balance and mobility, while building muscle, and burning fat.
