Specializations and Experience
I have been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. Growing up, I was always involved with fitness and athletics, eventually getting the privilege of playing basketball at the collegiate level. I learned very early on the importance of healthy eating and a structured exercise program. Naturally, my desire to help others with their fitness goals strongly grew over the years and I wanted to help empower others to not only feel confident and healthy, but to also achieve their goals. I started out my career training athletes of all different sports and then eventually focused more on one-on-one and small group personal training.

Approach/Philosophy
I like to use the famous quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson; “Without your health, you have no wealth.” I like to view each personal training session as a “deposit” into your “health bank” and consistency is key to achieving your goals and desires. Each session is customized and focused on your specific goals and will challenge you in many positive ways. Best of all, you will have a ton of fun while doing it and feel energized! I also strive to have your exercise program enhance and add value to other areas of your life. I believe your fitness program should not only be effective, but it should also be fun. I look forward to working with you!
