The Annual Membership Meeting will be held this Monday, March 29, 2021, 9:00 a.m. This meeting will consist of a presentation highlighting a yearly overview of Foundation activities which include election/quorum results, financial overview, and other reports from various Board members. The Foundation invites all members to attend an informative meeting.
This meeting will convene in a virtual format over Zoom. The meeting link can be found here. You will need to log in to the Foundation website to access this meeting. Please be sure to register. From there, you can add the meeting to your calendar. You can find the meeting on our website here.
Are you interested in making a member comment?
The procedures for member comments will be different from previous virtual meetings. Members must be present and may not submit comments prior to the meeting.
- Members must use the “Raise Hand” button to indicate your intent in making a comment.
- Once indicated by the Chairman of the Board, you will be able to share your member comment in the order that the moderator receives them.
- The moderator will bring you in to the main panel to speak. You may have up to three minutes. There will be a timer set to use as a reference.
- After completion of your member comment, you will be brought back as an attendee.
Please also note that an organizational meeting will be held fifteen minutes after the annual member meeting using a separate link. This meeting is held for the purpose of the Board of Directors to constitute its officers.
