Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) is asking for volunteer mentors to join students in the process of learning how to create their own business through a new program.

CCPS’ INCubatoredu entrepreneurship program puts students through the paces: marketing sizing, competitive analysis, financial models, in-market experiments, and ultimately, an investor pitch at the end of the year.

CCPS needs volunteers like you to make a difference in the lives of Collier’s future entrepreneurs and serve as student team mentors and classroom coaches. All eight high schools and all ten middle schools have entrepreneurship programs.

Pelican Bay members are invited to attend an informational night with Gary Personette and Kelly Wilson to learn about how your business acumen and expertise can change the trajectory of young students’ lives.

Please join us on Monday, March 23, 5:00 p.m. at the Community Center. A wine and cheese reception will follow the program. Please call the Community Center at 239-260-8998 to R.S.V.P. for this event.
