Instructor, Kim Thomas, is a Certified Pelican Bay Personal Trainer with a blend of 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 15 years experience with coaching Circuit Training classes. As a tremendous motivator, she will deliver an effective overall body conditioning class by using multiple exercise stations utilizing weights, bands and body weight exercises. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
