The Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is pleased to announce that the agency is rolling out a new version of its official website, fashioned to help users get the information they are seeking quicker.

In addition to unveiling the new site, Clerk Crystal Kinzel is asking the public to test out the new features and submit their feedback to the agency.

The new site, at www.CollierClerk.com, features additional easy-to-read, handy “one-stop” buttons on the homepage. For example, a new “Report Fraud” button connects website users with the agency’s Internal Audit Department to submit allegations of fraud or suspected wrongdoing within Collier County government.

The homepage includes a “How Are We Doing?” button that allows the public to submit questions and provide feedback, which can be about the website or any of the other services provided by the agency.

“We are asking the public to let us know how we are doing so that we can continue to improve our services,” Clerk Kinzel said.

The Clerk’s office is planning additional community outreach by encouraging the public to request presentations about the agency’s services for their community, homeowners group or other gatherings.
