This is an important question to answer because we have relaunched the website as of mid November that affects member website accounts from the old site.
What does this mean?
If you have not logged into the website since November 16, your password from the old website will no longer work.
What do I do?
All members who have not logged in to the new website must read the directions on the Member Log In Page found here.
For security purposes, password information did not migrate to the new website. Therefore, please use your current 8 digit member number (found on your member card) as your username and the default password: 34108 when logging in for the first time. At this point, you will be prompted to change the password for your own account.
After logging in, how do I order guest cards?
After updating your password, if you would like to order guest cards, please click on the Pelican Bay Logo at the top left hand corner and scroll down the homepage to the blue “Order Guest Card” button (found directly underneath “Culinary Delights”).
