A Restaurant Working Group (RWG) has been formed by the Foundation Board to recommend changes, as appropriate, for our Food & Beverage operation.
Analyzing current operations to identify gaps or opportunities
Reviewing prior analyses completed by restaurant consultants and member satisfaction reports conducted over the past 5 years or so
Using sales data and survey or other methodology, determine the food and beverage desires that can be met with our current kitchen and physical footprint
Identify useful member satisfaction metrics for ongoing tracking
Develop financial targets and pricing strategies
Consider branding or positioning for each of the restaurants
The restaurant working group is looking for a number of volunteers with significant owner-operator experience in the restaurant or related business. Our goal is to perform the appropriate analyses and to produce a series of recommendations as soon as possible. If you have the relevant experience and the time to devote to improving our restaurants — their financial performance and member and guest satisfaction — we hope you will volunteer.
