This one hour class is perfect for beginners as well as the more advanced participant. Starting with a warm up, the instructor will lead you into low impact aerobic patterns to strengthen your cardiovascular system and bones and occasional balance/resistance training. Abdominal work and a relaxing stretch complete this class.
