Functional Fitness – Lucas
The class is made for someone on the go and wants and overall excellent workout. Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to help you do everyday activities safely and efficiently; it’s about teaching the muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently. Each exercise can be adapted to your strength level and the instructor will adjust the workout accordingly. The class utilizes bands, weights and body-bars. Strengthen your whole-body and have fun doing it!!
