Due to popular demand, we are going to have Small Group Personal Training 5 days a week starting Wednesday, March 1st at 10:30 a.m.

Did you know the average person loses 5-10% muscle mass every decade after the age of 30? Let Coach Josh and Coach Kim guide you through a series of exercises that define resistance training. These seasoned coaches will have you utilizing TRX Straps, Dumbbells, Bands, Tubes and Body Weight Exercises targeting all your major muscle groups to assist in building and maintaining muscle mass and strength. Balance, muscle toning, core strength, improving overall conditioning and feeling good will be focused upon as well.
