Stretch and Shine – Eileen

This head-to-toe stretch workout gets your body ready to perform at its optimal level for the day, incorporating balance work and a relaxation segment while you enjoy the amazing views of the gulf! Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need that flexibility to maintain range of motion in the joints and prevent injury. This class is for all fitness levels. Come stretch for good health!
