Beginning May 1, Guest Services at the Commons will be moving to a weekly schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This means that the Commons front desk will be closed on weekends. Off-season protocols will go into effect to accommodate weekend pick-ups at this time. Therefore, in order to obtain guest cards on weekends, members must plan to submit their guest card requests by no later than Friday at 3:00 p.m.
Members can obtain these pre-ordered Guest Cards by going to Tram Station 4 at the Commons and asking Security to retrieve them. Payment may be made by credit card or exact change (if not already pre-paid). It is important to note that Security cannot process any new requests over the weekend and do not hold any cash for change.
What about Member or Renter Card weekend pick-up?
For members who would like to pick up their Member Cards, must also make arrangements with Member Services for weekend pick-up by no later than Friday at 3:00 p.m. as well. These cards will be available in the same fashion as Guest Cards by going to Tram Station 4 and contacting Security for retrieval.
