Member Comments via Zoom

  1. The chair will ask for Member Comments as defined in the agenda.
  2. Once it is time for comments, please use the “Raise Hand” button. This is located under “Reactions”.
  3. Once you select the “Raise Hand” button, you will be put into the queue for Member Comments.
  4. A staff member will instruct each member to speak in the order that members have pressed the button.
  5. When it is your turn to comment, please identify your name and association.
  6. Please note that member comments cannot be submitted via the chat feature. This feature is disabled.

Member Comments in Person

When you wish to speak and are acknowledged by the Chairman, please come to the podium, give your name and address and the organization or group you represent, if any.

A limited time of three minutes is provided in the Member Comments section of the agenda and an additional one minute before any Board vote which may be taken on any issue throughout the agenda.
