Member input is always welcomed at Foundation Board meetings. A limited time of three minutes is provided in the Member Comments section of the agenda and an additional one minute before any Board vote, which may be taken on any issue throughout the agenda. In either format, please try not to be repetitive. If you agree with someone who has already spoken, please indicate your agreement and allow the next person to speak.

 

In-Person Member Comments:

When Member Comments are acknowledged by the Chairman, please come to the podium, and give your name and the association you live in.

 

Virtual Member Comments:

For the virtual format, when the Chairman has acknowledged Member Comments, please use the “Raise Hand” button. This is located under “Reactions.” After you select the “Raise Hand” button, you will be put into the queue for Member Comments. The PBF Moderator will instruct the member to speak in the order that members have pressed the button. Once your name has been announced, please unmute, and state your name and association.
