Beach Fitness is ending soon and we would like to invite you for the remainder of the season!

Strength, Balance and Flexibility incorporates all of the functional movements of the body using weights, bands, balls and mat for a complete workout of the major muscle groups. Posture, form and muscle control is taught to maximize effectiveness of the exercises and prevent injury. Class begins with a short energizing warmup to loosen muscles and prepare for the fun combination strength and balance exercises. Class ends with a 5-minute morning meditation and stretch segment.

All fitness levels are welcome and exercises can be modified to adapt to your bodies abilities and all equipment is provided.

This class is taught by Eileen at North Beach on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am and 9am on Saturdays.
