Functional Fitness:
Monday – Wednesday – Friday at 11am
The class is made for someone on the go and wants and overall excellent workout. Functional Fitness exercises train your muscles to help you do everyday activities safely and efficiently; it’s about teaching the muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently. Each exercise can be adapted to your strength level and the instructor will adjust the workout accordingly. The class utilizes bands, weights and body-bars. Strengthen your whole-body and have fun doing it.

Yoga Stretch:
Tuesday – Thursday at 9am
A yoga class designed to help you relax, unwind, and release tension and stress. This class is gentle, slow paced, and incorporates only sitting and lying down postures. The focus is on improving flexibility while calming the mind. Benefits of this type of Yoga include lower blood pressure and increased mobility and circulation in the joints. Missy says, “This class is appropriate for everybody, and even more “advanced” students will appreciate the deep relaxation this class provides. It is a wonderful complement to my other Yoga classes.”

Zumba Gold®
Tuesday – Thursday at 10:30am
is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party will move YOU! Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves but at a lower intensity.

Pilates I & II
Fridays at 8am
Pilates 1 class introduces and incorporates the basic principles of Pilates including breathing, core stabilization and balance work. The movements will range between beginner and intermediate exercises with emphasis on body awareness, matching breath to movement, and moving through the core. The Pilates II will continue to emphasize the basic principles of Pilates while introducing more advanced movements. The focus will be on creating precision and flow of movement as well as increasing range of motion.
