|Guest Services will be closed this Friday and Saturday for New Year’s Eve and Day, as well as on Sunday.
Any Guest Cards needed for New Year’s weekend must be ordered by Thursday, December 30, before 3:00 p.m.
Any Guest Card orders that are submitted after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, will not be ready until Monday, January 3, 2022.

I didn’t get a locker pin/QR code and I need to pick up my Guest Cards… What should I do?
If you do not get a pin/QR code text, this could be a result of our lockers being full. If this is the case, ask Security through a tram driver or call (239) 877-7573 for assistance with retrieving your cards.
