For members who have submitted their email address to the Foundation prior to February 11, will receive an email with a survey link from an outside firm, SRA Research Group, sometime on or before February 28, 2020. This email will contain a link to complete the survey. Some members may have already received an email to date.

Please note that the survey email will be coming from rtarburton@sra-researchgroup.com and the subject line will be “Pelican Bay Member Survey”.

Obtaining this information will help verify that the email comes as an official business request from the Foundation and allows you to use your search feature if you cannot find the email. You should also check your spam or junk folder.

The email is expected to arrive no later than the end of this week. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes and will be open and available until March 16. Your responses will remain anonymous. Once the survey is completed and submitted, you cannot take the survey again.

For those who have exhausted all efforts to locate the survey email or for those who did not provide an email address by the deadline are welcome to come to the Community Center during the dates and times below to complete your survey.

• Tuesday, March 3 from 10:00 to 12:30
• Thursday, March 12 from noon to 3:00
• Monday, March 16 from 12:30 to 3:00
