Due to COVID-19, access to the lobby area at the Commons will be limited to only those individuals actually performing transactions or business at Member Services or Guest Services. Groups or companions will not be admitted.

Member Services will accommodate members by appointment only by calling 239-596-6180 ext. 506. Commons lobby hours are reduced to Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday are closed.

Members and tenants coming into Pelican Bay are no longer required to self-quarantine for 14 days.

All property owners within Pelican Bay are members, as soon as the property is transferred. And membership has its privileges… that is, access to some of the best amenities and activities anywhere.

Member Services can help with:

  • Member cards and new member inquiries
  • Member card renewal
  • Real estate transactions
  • Tenant leases/tenant cards
  • Copies of the Membership Guide
