In an effort to accommodate the number of anticipated attendees, we have moved the location of the November 7th Facilities Committee Meeting to Artis-Naples. The change of venue also allows us time to properly set up for the Election at the Community Center the following day. Virtual registration is currently over 200 attendees. The Facilities Committee is anxious to hear your feedback. However, the meeting time is limited and will end at 4:00 PM. It is important to note that this meeting’s agenda contains no proposed motions to move to forward to the Board at this time.
If attendees are unable to provide comments at the meeting due to time constraints, we are providing an email address for member comments and feedback relating to South Beach facilities. Please submit comments to email@example.com.

Time: Doors open at 1:45 p.m. sharp (unable to accommodate early arrivals)
The meeting will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.

On November 3, we will open and post a reservation link via EventBrite for members to register that want to attend at Artis Naples. Seat count is limited to 150 seats.
