Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Board of County Commissioners will meet at 5:05 p.m., Thursday, September 6, in the Board of County Commissioners chambers, third floor, Collier County Government Center, 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 to conduct a public hearing for the Collier County Fiscal Year 2019 Tentative Millage Rates and Tentative Budget, and a public hearing for the Pelican Bay Services Division’s Fiscal Year 2019 Budget. At this hearing, the Board of County Commissioners will also consider the imposition of Stormwater Utility Fees in the Unincorporated Area of Collier County pursuant to due notice in accordance with all applicable statutes. The statutory notice for the Collier County Public Budget Hearing was contained within the notice of proposed taxes published and mailed by the Collier County Property Appraiser’s office.

About the public meeting:

All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless permission for additional time is granted by the chair.

Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department.
