Member cards, Tenant cards and Guest passes must all be pre-ordered by 3 pm on Fridays to be picked up during weekends.

Hours for both Member Services and Guest Services, located in The Commons:

  • 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Holiday Hours for both Member and Guest Services are as follows:

  • Christmas Eve: 8 am –  4 pm
  • Christmas: Closed
  • New Years Eve: 8 Am – 5 pm
  • New Years Day: Closed

Member cards and Tenant cards:

For weekend pickup, call 239-597-8081 and ask for Member Services. They will arrange to have your cards ready for “After Hours Pick-up” and, if necessary, make temporary Member or Tenant cards.

Guest passes:

Pre-order guest passes online by going to the Guest Card Information page at https://pelicanbay.org/members/guest-services/guest-pass-information/ and click the button that says “Fill out the Guest Card request form here”. After you have submitted the form and received a confirmation email, you will then call Guest Services at 239-597-8081 to pay for them.

Current weekend pick-up for Guest Cards: Ask for Security at Tram Station 4, by The Commons.

All passes MUST be ordered by 3 pm Friday to be available for weekend pick up. Due to COVID-19 you must ring the doorbell at The Commons for service.
