At the August 21 meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board will vote on the following schedule of assessments for fiscal year 2021 (from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021). As noted below, the proposed total annual assessment for FY 2021 per unit will be $2,392 Annual / $598 Quarter.
