As previously reported in last night’s “Today in the Bay” eNewsletter, on the website, Pelican Bay mobile app and digital boards, there was a main water line break that caused South Beach Facilities to close yesterday and this morning. Members who had reservations for the Sandbar were contacted and redirected to Marker 36 where accommodations were made for South patrons and scheduled entertainment.
At this point, water service is now fully restored. South Beach restaurant operations have mobilized to be open for lunch as of 12:30 p.m. We thank you for your patience and flexibility while these emergency repairs were performed.
For time sensitive and immediate communications, the Foundation continues to use the website and Pelican Bay mobile app to send out push notifications. These push notifications go directly to your mobile device. We encourage members to do the following:
• Update your email address with the Foundation: Email email@example.com with your name, member number and email address.
• Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the Pelican Bay mobile app. Just search for “Pelican Bay Foundation” and look for the pelican logo.
