In the absence of an election, the Foundation is not required to mail ballots to members. However, we will mail to each member notice of the Annual Meeting and a proxy. In order to have a quorum for the Annual Meeting, it is important that members sign and return the proxy or sign and submit it online before March 20. This proxy will be used only to establish a quorum and approve the minutes of last year’s Annual Meeting, not for any other business.
Please watch for your proxy on February 15 and be sure to submit it before the deadline on March 20. We encourage you to submit it online, which is quick, easy and secure.
