Selling Your Home in Pelican Bay

We hate to see you leave! If you must, here is a quick reminder before you go: Regardless of whether your equipment is rented or part of the community’s bulk contract, you are responsible for all of the Summit Broadband equipment on your account.

Please return all equipment to our Naples retail location (address below) or call and request that Summit Broadband pick it up at your home. The pickup fee is $50. PLEASE NOTE: The Optical Network Terminal (ONT) must stay connected in the unit/home.

If you have phone service with us, the phone number(s) MUST be transferred to another company or cancelled. The transfer usually takes 7-10 business days and should be done in advance of your move.

 

Moving Within Pelican Bay

A move is a move is a move. Even if it is just next door or down the street, that pesky to-do list will rear its ugly little head at the most inopportune times.

To make sure your services are seamlessly transferred, please visit the Naples retail location, or call the number below in advance of your move and speak with a Summit Broadband representative, who will transfer your account and schedule a technician to come out and get everything set up. There are no transfer or installation fees (our welcome gift to you!), but proof of ownership is required.

As a bulk customer, you can visit the Naples retail location or call 239-529-1500 or email care@summit-broadband.com to set up a new account. The Summit Broadband representative will schedule a technician to come to your home to set things up. Proof of ownership is required.

 

PLEASE NOTE: All customers adding additional services on top of those included in the bulk agreement must provide a Social Security number.
