A Potential Tropical Cyclone One Watch/Warning Statement/Advisory and Tropical Storm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. The disturbance was forecasted to move northeast into the southeastern Gulf of Mexico last night and is currently headed towards the Florida peninsula today and into Saturday. Regardless of formation, main impacts and hazards will cause flooding rain, tornadoes, and squally weather to impact the south end of Florida.

A Tropical Storm Warning dictates tropical storm-force winds with gusts up to 50 mph and is expected in the Naples area within the next 36 hours. There will be the potential for flash flooding from excessive rainfall through Sunday morning.

Therefore, the following suspension and limited use of the following facilities and services will be in place from this morning, Friday, June 3, through Saturday, June 4. We hope to resume normal services on Sunday, June 5 in the morning.

Community Center – All scheduled afternoon activities
Sandbar – All food and beverage service
Beach Services
Tram Service
Tennis Facilities


Fitness Center – will be open in the morning and will close at noon.
