The finest and most frequented amenity are the two beach access locations which open up to a pristine stretch of white sand that extends for almost three miles, bordering the community’s entire western boundary. Beach attendants keep the beaches well-maintained and are on hand to set up lounge chairs, cabanas and umbrellas. In addition to its beaches and dining, Pelican Bay is one of the most active racquet communities in Southwest Florida. Pelican Bay supports more than 4,500 active tennis members, 18 professionally maintained Har-Tru courts, one of the region’s largest Cardio Tennis programs, and a coaching team that includes former touring professionals and collegiate coaches. Offering tennis leagues, round robins, professional instruction, and special events, there is something for everyone.
Pelican Bay, in partnership with Collier County, has also opened a new shared-use racquet sports complex featuring 20 pickleball courts, 8 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a pavilion with restrooms, concessions, and event space, as well as expanded parking and seating areas, further enhancing opportunities for players of all levels to enjoy the game. The fitness center is located within the Community Center at Pelican Bay. The very best equipment is offered to include Lifefitness and Cybex lines of cardio, strength and core training. Personal training is another benefit the fitness center offers along with a variety of classes. Designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience, the wellness studio is located seconds from the fitness center. Many utilize Clam Bay (located on the Community’s coast) for recreational enjoyment and the use of canoes and kayaks available for residents. Additional outdoor recreational activities occur within the confines of Pelican Bay including, bicycling, fishing, nature walks, running, jogging and rollerblading. And, the majority of these activities take place on the berm, an area cars do not have access to.

Realtor Guest Card Guidelines
Are you ready to showcase Pelican Bay and take your client on a tour? Certain areas, including beach access points and community facilities, require a Realtor Guest Card, which is issued for one day only and valid exclusively on the day of the home showing. The card grants access to the beach and facilities but cannot be used as a credit card. Only licensed Florida Realtors are eligible.
Realtor Guest Card Requirements:
- The Realtor must present a business card and provide the names of all clients upon receipt.
- The Realtor must accompany clients at all times; the card cannot be used by clients alone.
- Any violation of these terms will result in the termination of this privilege.
- The card allows access to trams and restaurants for food and drinks.
Pick-Up Details:
- Cards are available Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at The Commons lobby.
- All passes must be pre-ordered online before pickup.
- Weekend passes must be ordered and picked up by Friday at 3:00 PM.
